St. Patty's Day Fling and a Taste of Spring

We had a St Patrick's Day dinner and of course we ate nothing but green! It was great and the kids loved it.

The Comedian

We had green cheesy potatoes, ham, rolls, pea salad, green bean salad, jello, grapes, green punch, and pistachio cake. Is that enough green for you?

While the weather was nice we were able to get some peas planted... now hopefully they don't rot.

How fun! I would love for Audrey to have farm experiences like that. :)

Wow--that was Comet? He may be the only one of Mama-Kitty's off spring that is still living!

Cute pictures. Thanks

That looked like so much fun! You are a great mommy! I totally forgot it was St. Patrick's day and didn't even wear green... :P Good luck with the peas!

Brenda sent me her Smilebox she made with those photos...so cute. Finally i get a glimpse of you pregnant. And you look small! I expected bigger than that! ha ha I'm going to start the tradition of a St. Patricks dinner too since I know a lot of people that do that. I feel bad we didn't play any tricks on each other for April Fools day either. I always do stuff to the kids but i just couldn't concentrate to plan ahead i guess! You are on the ball planting peas. I'm suppose to help my wolf den plant a pea garden to tend this spring too...but i'm waiting all these storms! I love baby chicks. Parks loves chickens too.

What a fun Mommy you are! I should do more for St. Patty's since Doherty is a completely Irish name! I'm glad we found each other in the blogosphere. Now I can keep up with you. I miss you!- Julie
